Design-Build
If you’re engaging in a full-scale kitchen, bath or small addition project, the Design-Build option is likely the right service level for you. With Design-Build, we provide all design services, material selection and purchasing, construction and installation, and oversight of the entire project. Most of our clients choose Design-Build because they want to reconsider space use, including potential wall, appliance, electrical, and plumbing placement changes, as well as free range of product choices and design possibilities. Clients enjoy our hassle-free “one-stop shop” design build approach and in-house project management, from initial design concept though final switch plate installation.
Design-Build Lite
For the budget-conscious client who is remodeling within the existing footprint of their space (no significant structural, electrical or plumbing changes), Design-Build Lite may be perfect for your project. We have pre-selected a menu of product and material options to suit your style and budget. Design-Build Lite still includes our design build approach, where we are responsible for the design and construction of your project from start to finish, and you’ll still work with a lead designer who will stay with you throughout the project. The difference is the overall cost of your project is reduced due to limited product choices and the straightforward “pull and replace” nature of your project.
Hourly Design Consultation
What about help with partial upgrade projects? Maybe you want to install new countertops, refinish your existing cabinets or upgrade lighting. Our designers are happy to consult with you on these project decisions on an hourly basis and you’ll still be able to order your needed products at our normal discounted rates.
Cabinets Only
Whether you’re a do-it-yourselfer or a trade professional working with your client, if you’re interested in buying cabinets only, we are happy to help you. We’ll work with you to chose the right cabinets for your style and budget, and then help you to finalize the details of your cabinet order.
